If you choose to redeem online
"Redeem Now" button in your electronic discount email
will take you directly to the Apple Store
Add the items you want to your shopping cart (by adding qualifying
products or reaching minimum order amount, you will see a promotion
savings message appear at the bottom of your shopping cart)
When you are finished shopping, click checkout and login
to your Apple Store account
During checkout you will see a box that says promotion savings.
Your claim code will automatically populate in the claim code box.
If your claim code does not populate into the box,
please enter your 10-digit coupon code found on the lower right
hand corner of your coupon or in the text of the email.
If your code still does not appear to be working and you need further
assistance please call the Apple Store.

Your electronic discount is invalidated when you cancel your entire order.
We cannot reinstate your electronic discount from a cancelled order.
Can I use part of my electronic discount during one session and transfer the remainder to another?
No, electronic discounts are single use discounts and cannot be split across orders.
When is the electronic discount considered used or redeemed?
Once you checkout on the web, the electronic discount is considered redeemed.
I am not going to use the electronic discount; can I send it to someone who will use it?
Electronic discounts are not transferable.
I placed my order yesterday, but I received an electronic coupon today?
The electronic discount cannot be applied retroactively.
